Not something worthy of the Stickley legend

Unable to appreciate any sign of 1/4 sawn oak. Poor joinery. Cheap hardware.
Glued on fake tenon.

Customer has returned the Desk Box for a full refund.

Stickley Desk Box

The quartersawn grain on the box lid is beautiful. But the hinges that attach the lid to the box look like something from an 8th grade shop class. The felt corner pads were not included. I now realize the box is make in Vietnam. I think that Stickley should have all the collectibles made in the USA. I have purchased MANY Stickley piece over 30 years. The quality on this box is not up to snuff.
