The store where I bought it (Paul Schwartz) said the leather die was not cover by warranty. We are happy to say that color kits are available to help repair these areas. A company that we recommend is (leather solutions).
I’ve had one of these chairs for 19 years, the original wood finish was not up to the quality that I hoped for a stickley but the chair has gotten daily use. The leather is still beautiful and the structural integrity of the frame is excellent. I normally don’t use it as a recliner these days preferring an ottoman.
