Stickley’s Corporate Trade program gives you access to Trade pricing on all Stickley casegoods, upholstery, and rugs found on www.stickley.com.

Currently, our process for ordering is through emailed PO to our Trade concierge. We are working towards a more automated online ordering process.

Payment is accepted via credit card, ApplePay, or GooglePay through a secure payment system. We request 100% payment at the time of order OR a 50% deposit and 50% before shipment.

All orders will ship to your warehouse or other pre-approved location. Stickley does not ship to residential addresses. If you are not located at a commercial location with a receiving dock, you will need to arrange delivery to a delivery service/receiver in your area. The freight charge is determined by the warehouse delivery location.

Yes! Our new Dealer/Designer portal allows our Trade partners to access price lists along with other important information: in-stock inventory programs, Ask Sadie (which answers most basic questions about our product line), order acknowledgments, etc. (If you’re an existing Trade partner and you don’t yet have access to the portal, contact concierge@stickley.com for instructions.)

We do not have Stickley field representatives that service our trade business. However, we have an excellent Trade Concierge who is here to help answer questions on products, provide photos, recommend product finishes and fabrics, help place orders, etc.

We offer memo samples of fabric, leather, and finishes if needed for a client at no charge, and we also have a wood finish set and curated trade handle of approximately 150 fabrics and leathers for purchase.
