COLLECTOR’S CLUB MEMBERSHIP

What is the Collector’s Club?

The Collector’s Club is an online-only, 12-month Stickley membership on Stickley.com that provides exclusive product access, year-long discounts, and other benefits.

What are the benefits of Collector’s Club membership?

From January 1, 2025, members of the Collector’s Club are entitled to:

  • 15% off all Collector’s Shop purchases for 12 months (discount good for Collector’s Shop only)
  • Early access to pre-order Stickley’s annual Collector Edition
  • Early access to special products and offers throughout the year
What is the Collector’s Shop?

The Collector’s Shop, found on Stickley.com, is an online shop where you can purchase beautiful hardwood décor pieces that also make wonderful gifts for any occasion. All are crafted using Stickley’s time-honored techniques and materials, and the Collector’s Shop occasionally offers special pieces in very limited quantities.

What is the cost of Collector’s Club membership?

Collector’s Club membership fee is $99.00 per year.

Will my membership renew automatically?

Yes, your membership will automatically renew 12 months from the date of purchase unless you elect to cancel it before that date.

How can I cancel my membership?

If you purchased your membership on our new Stickley.com after June 16, 2025:

1.     Sign into your Collector’s Club account

2.     Click Manage Membership

3.     Click See More Details on active membership

4.     Expand the Cancel Membership tab and follow instructions

If you purchased your Collector’s Club membership before June 16, 2025, please contact Customer Service and we will expedite your cancellation. In both cases, while no portion of your fee will be refunded, your canceled membership will remain active until the original 12-month period expires, at which point it will not automatically renew.

How do I access or redeem my benefits?

To ensure that your member discount is applied to your purchase, you must first be signed into your account with the email address you used to purchase the subscription. Once you’re signed in, place your item in the cart and proceed with your purchase. The discount code will be automatically applied at checkout. 

Do member discounts stack with other promotions?

Occasionally, a special sale specifically for the Collector’s Shop may occur that will allow additional discounts on top of your member discount. Line-wide sale discounts on Stickley.com do not include our Collector’s Shop items and therefore cannot be combined with your membership discount. 

Can I use my Collector’s Club benefits on clearance or special-order items?

No, your membership benefits may only be applied to the purchase of items in the Collector’s Shop.

How do I view my billing history?

If you purchased your membership on our new Stickley.com after June 16, 2025, visit your dashboard to see details including your membership purchase date and order history:

1.     Sign into your Collector’s Club account

2.     Click Manage Membership

3.     Click See More Details on active membership

4.     Expand the History tab 

If you purchased your Collector’s Club membership before June 16, 2025, this membership dashboard will not be accessible to you. Instead, you can contact Customer Service with your billing question. If you choose to purchase a membership on our new site, you’ll have access to the dashboard showing billing and order history from that date.

Can I manage multiple memberships under one account?

No, your membership account is set up to support membership for a single user only.

ORDERING THE 2026 COLLECTOR EDITION 

What are the benefits of pre-ordering? 

Pre-ordering the 2026 Collector Edition gives you the best chance of receiving a piece affixed with a hand-applied, serialized plaque that identifies it as a first factory cutting. These plaques are available in limited quantities only.

Do I have to be a Collector’s Club member to buy the 2026 Collector Edition? 

No. Members of the Collector’s Club will have early access to pre-order the Collector Edition before the rest of the public, but after that period, anyone will be able to make their pre-order purchase.

If I’m the first to order the plaqued edition, will I receive plaque No. 1? And can I request a specific plaque number?

With orders coming into our factory from hundreds of retailers and our website, we are unable to guarantee accurate sequential fulfillment of plaque numbers for those orders, and we cannot fill special number requests.

How do I pre-order the 2026 Collector Edition?
  1. For customers who live in NY, CT, MA, NJ, AND THE DENVER AREA, as well as in AREAS THAT HAVE NO DEALER OR SHOWROOM WITHIN 50 MILES, we offer the option to purchase online. Simply follow this link to the 2026 Collection Edition product page.
  2. If you live within a Stickley Authorized Dealer territory or near a Stickley-owned showroom, you can visit your nearest showroom to make your pre-order purchase.  
When will my pre-order 2026 Collector Edition purchase be delivered? 

Shipment of pre-orders from our factory will begin in late March 2026.  

I have Stickley furniture in a different finish. Are there other finishes available beyond those shown online?

Online we’re showing our most popular oak finishes. The 2026 Collector Edition can be ordered in any Stickley oak finish at your Authorized Stickley Dealer or Stickley showroom. 

Can I get the seat covered in my choice of leather?

The LaSalle Rocker’s seat is available only in your choice of three leathers: Colman Boot, Colman Olive, and Colman Saddle.
