WARRANTY INFORMATION
We believe strongly in the quality and integrity of our workmanship and products, and we want you to be thoroughly pleased with your Stickley furniture as it becomes an important family heirloom for generations to come. Should the furniture fail structurally at any time during the lifetime of the original owner, because of workmanship or material, Stickley will repair or replace it at our discretion. If Stickley determines that the issue in question is covered by warranty, and that repair is impractical, you will be furnished a replacement product of the same or similar color, design, style, and quality. Park Slope Dresser (Oak)

We purchased this about three years ago. The first "version" was delivered by the retailers without the all-important center leg. This would have resulted in the drawers and framing warping under normal drawer loads. Stickley came to the rescue promptly and made sure that a new dresser WITH the central support leg was delivered by the retailers.

It is a fabulous piece of craftsmasnhip and serves as a perfect place for storing my wife's fabric, tailoring and quilting supplies, patterns and offcuts. The drawers, even though filled, are silky-smooth to open.

Its a pity we can't buy direct from Stickley and have to go through retailers who don't know a thing about craftsmanship or, it certainly seems, the products they have on display.
