Rich History
For more than 120 years, Stickley has stood for unparalleled American craft. And our story began with three words: “Als Ik Kan”—to the best of my ability.
Introducing Maidstone, a collection that conjures an atmosphere of refreshing breezes, tall, waving grasses, and sun-dappled woods. Updating traditional design with natural style elements like cerused red oak and woven jute, it’s a collection that’s wholly relaxed and livable.
Two cerused finishes highlight the wide, flowing grain of red oak. Sandbank is a breezy, relaxed tone reminiscent of broad beaches and bleached driftwood. Pier, a brown with a cool tone and slightly weathered appearance, evokes a boardwalk or a cabin in the woods.
While the Maidstone Collection’s lines are clean, its hardest edges have been sheared away. Bold chamfers, deep bevels, legs with a subtle flare, and curved upholstered seating combine to create a softening, shaping effect.
Optional surfaces of Woven Jute provide natural texture in tones that complement our two cerused finishes.
Maidstone’s Warm Nickel hardware includes hexagonal knobs, ring pulls, and organically shaped branch pulls.
Cover upholstery in any of our rich leathers and exceptional fabrics, including recycled and performance fabrics.
