    The Manufacturers Association of Central New York inducts Alfred and Aminy Audi into its inaugural “Wall of Fame.”

    1997 ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR

    In recognition for their entrepreneurship and business leadership, Alfred and Aminy Audi win the 1997 Upstate New York Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Founded by Ernst & Young, the annual contest is sponsored by the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, USA Today, and the NASDAQ stock market.

    1995 BUSINESS OF THE YEAR

    Stickley is chosen as Business of the Year by the Syracuse Chamber of Commerce for its “entrepreneurial spirit, staying power, good business practices, and workplace innovation.”

    The Congressional Record pays tribute to Alfred and Aminy Audi for their dedication to “the revitalization of an American manufacturer and the restoration of a tradition of quality unmatched in its field.”

  • A commemorative gold-toned plaque awarded to Leopold Stickley on January 21, 1956. The inscription honors him as the "revered dean of cabinetmakers" whose craftsmanship significantly contributed to American home life. The plaque is signed by various notable publications including Better Homes & Gardens, National Geographic, The New Yorker, and House Beautiful.
